THE COMPANY:
A multi award-winning new home builder, this client, based out of Melbourne's West, are growing rapidly and are a recognised and renowned residential builder across Victoria.
With a leadership team that is hands-on, and wanting to support and develop their employees, this builder is showing no signs of slowing down.
The Role:
Due to ever growing operations throughout Victoria, we currently have two outstanding opportunities for a result driven Site Supervisor with a passion for building quality homes, on time and on budget in either the Northern or Western suburbs.
As Site Supervisor with this company, your responsibilities will include:
Maintain a safe workplace by ensuring all OH&S procedures and processes are implemented.
Ensure all construction is completed within the schedule of the program.
Plan and schedule for adequate labour.
Ensure all homes meet company standards and aim to zero defects on handover.
Maintain strong relationships with Subcontractors.
Essential to being considered for this role is your experience in managing 12+ jobs at a time for a volume builder. Ideally, you will be from a carpentry background and have a good appreciation for residential construction.
In addition, you should:
Be organised and be able to manage your time well
Have a strong ability to coordinate and manage trades
Be passionate about residential construction
Have intermediate computer skills
Be a team player
