Site Supervisor - Residential Custom Homes

The Role

• Managing multiple jobs including trades and labour
• Programming of works to meet minimum time frames
• Problem solving and advising on appropriate solutions
• Close liaison with internal and external stakeholders, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and staff
• Scheduling and running projects from planning/programming stage through to completion

Requirements

• 8+ years experience working in residential construction, managing or working on custom new home projects
• Strong knowledge of Australian Building Codes, Council requirements, and Covenants
• Trade Qualification in Carpentry or similar/QBCC Site Supervisors License
• Highly organised with the ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner
• Excellent presentation, strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Onsite Companion experience
