Site Supervisor

SOHO Living is a contemporary residential home builder 
and property developer with a strong pipeline of work with a reputation in delivering multi-unit medium-density project across Melbourne is looking for:

• Looking for a supervisor in the Western Suburbs.
• $90,000 - $110,000 + super + car.

We are dedicated to maintaining a high level of customer service and quality end results for our customers.

To be successful in this role and your responsibilities will be:

• Trade background preferred with 2 or more years of proven experience in volume housing site management.
• You must be an organised and driven individual to ensure successful results are achieved.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and problem-solving skills
• Ensure the quality and build programs are achieved to the standards set by our business
• Ensuring that all OH&S policies and procedures are adhered.
• Ensuring all budgets and set KPIS are adhered to.
• Managing 15-20 homes at any given time
