About the Role
As Site Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our primary nursery facility. Reporting directly to the Site Manager, you will lead a team and ensure high standards of customer service, product presentation, and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:
Ensuring Compliance: Maintain adherence to company policies and safety regulations.
Daily Site Operation: Oversee day-to-day operations, including customer service and supplier negotiations.

Supervision and Training: Manage staff, participate in recruitment, and provide training and feedback.

Input into Plant Ordering: Provide insights for plant ordering to enhance product range.
Building Supplier Relationships: Cultivate positive relationships with suppliers to improve product quality and availability.
Key Selection Criteria
Relevant horticulture qualification or equivalent industry training.
Minimum of two years' experience in horticulture and supervisory roles.
Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as needed.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency with Point-Of-Sale (POS) systems.
Strong work ethic, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
