- Insomnia
- Sleep Apnea
- Restless Leg Syndrome
Patients are referred to Home Sleep Studies Australia via a network of partnerships with GPs, Dentists, Specialist Surgeons and Pharmacists.
Home Sleep Studies Australia has two locations in Melbourne. We are currently recruiting for our practice at South Yarra.
We are seeking an individual who wants to start or progress their career in sleep diagnostics and treatment. Extensive training will be provided to the successful candidate. Complete dedication towards the patient and exceptional customer service skills are a must. has the skills and passion for delivering high quality customer service to patients in a professional caring environment. Your primary responsibility will be to set up patients for sleep studies, analyse the sleep study data and implement CPAP.
This will primarily be an evening shift role. Remuneration commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities and duties include:
- Providing dedicated services for Sleep patients both face to face, online & over the telephone
- Scoring Sleep studies and explaining data to patients
- Providing CPAP set-ups, on-going service and equipment maintenance
- Liaising with referring physicians, hospitals and medical service providers to ensure appropriate provision of products and services to patients
- Conducting the sale of new or additional products and services
- Working to ensure stock levels are maintained and documented appropriately
- Maintaining and troubleshooting devices
- Processing on-line orders, invoicing and general administration
- Maintaining a presentable clinic and consulting area
- Willingness to work across our sites when needed.
