About the role
Confidently lead Fernwood’s signature FIIT30 Small Group Functional Training classes (8-12 women per class), while encouraging and assisting members to use correct technique when working towards their individual health and fitness goals.
Motivate and cheer on members as you guide them through premium 30-minute workouts.
About you
You’re a woman with a commitment to excellence, a positive can-do attitude, and are a natural motivator.
Passionate about fitness, wellness and women’s health, with prior experience in the health and fitness industry.
Availability of working regular class times, both morning and evenings. Occasional weekend work may be required.
Skills & experience
Proven experience as a Personal Trainer or Group Fitness instructor with relevant qualifications.
Minimum Certificate III in Fitness.
Current Level 2 First Aid Certificate and membership with National/State Fitness Association.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, solid instructing skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
