Smoke Alarm Scheduling Coordinator - Coronis Lutwyche

THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking an additional Smoke Alarm Scheduling Coordinator to take the lead in scheduling our team of technicians.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Organizing schedules for routine tasks in preparation for sending Entry Notices by property management as necessary.
• Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling of required tasks.
• Ensuring consistent service and timely completion of all works by their deadlines.
• Coordinating Smoke Alarm upgrades and inspections.
• Maintaining high efficiency and productivity for our team of technicians on a daily basis, ensuring full utilization of their time and accommodating additional tasks as needed.
• Creating key lists when necessary to provide exceptional customer service to our Real Estate clients.
• Maintaining open communication and providing high-quality service to our team and stakeholders.

ABOUT YOU:

The successful candidate will have:

• Possesses exceptional communication skills and thrives in a fast-paced environment, bringing positivity and energy to both stakeholders and the team.
• Capable of addressing and resolving issues effectively even under pressure.
• Proficient in computer literacy with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
• Experience in the Smoke Alarm industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Able to work collaboratively as part of a team or independently.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
• Demonstrates strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with the Greater Brisbane suburbs is desirable.
