We are thrilled to announce a fantastic opportunity for a Full-Time Scheduling Coordinator to join our Service Team! If you're ready to bring your A-game and add a spark of energy to our operations, keep reading! 

In this role, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for developing and maintaining the schedule for our installation team. This will include;
- Utilizing software to coordinate and schedule both on and offsite works

- Liaising with our customers and account managers regarding installation timeframes and notifying of delays when necessary. 

- Communicating rosters with members of the installation team

- Identifying the need for additional resources 

- Assisting the Service Manager with administrative duties where time permits.

You would be based in our Banyo facility which houses both our office and assembly area, meaning that you would have direct contact with not only the service team, but also the rest of the business. 

What do you need to bring to the table? 

• Experience in planning and coordinating a team of people. 
• Your infectious enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things. 
• A passion for providing excellent customer service - our customers are at the heart of everything we do! 
• Great communication skills that allow you to connect with both clients and our dynamic Debetrek Team effortlessly. 
• A knack for following instructions, both verbal and written, ensuring accuracy in all aspects of your work. 
• Familiarity with basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook and Excel) to keep things organised and running smoothly. 
• Project management software highly desirable but not necessary.
