About the role
Our company is seeking a high energy Deliveries Coordinator & Appointment Setter to join our well established, growing team who has a strong focus on customer service and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
The role focuses on coordinating the delivery of our products to customers during and after an event, as well as coordinating the drivers schedules, including arranging their travel needs whilst on the road.

About you
A true customer service professional, a problem solver, with a great eye for detail, and ability to work well under pressure. You’re enthusiastic and honest, a team player with amazing communication skills. Dedicated, hardworking and committed, who loves the thrill of a challenge!
You are self-aware, exceptionally adaptable, and have a great ability to think outside the box. A quick learner with a outspoken cheerful personality, you’re looking for an opportunity to work for a company that values individuality and cares about its employees.

Work schedule: Depending on your events schedule, you will have a day off during the week and will be required to work between 2 - 7 hours on the weekend (from home!). This will be on a rotating schedule. Cash bonuses paid on performance of each event!
