Skills & Experience we're looking for

• A proven record of success in driving sales and service standards in a management setting
• Be able to coach a team to reach personal and store KPI's
• The ability to lead from the front
• Understand roster and wage management
• Be across shrinkage and stock KPI's
• Understand VM and have impeccable shop standards
• Have excellent time management and communication skills
