Exclusive to Jenner Recruitment we are looking for a Snr Client Service Officer to support their boutique Financial Planning team!

They pride themselves on delivering personalised and specialist services working with High Net Worth professionals, business clients and Mum and Dad clients advising in business services, taxation strategies and financial planning.

Their core belief being that they assist their clients to achieve greater wealth and success by assisting them to assist with strategy and taxation advice in taking them into the next phase of their journey.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will manage all facets of Client Service activities for the Financial Planning department as well as support the Director. 

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional Client Service to both internal and external clientele
• Providing financial planning support in the platform and SMSF area
• Maintaining contact with clients both face-to-face and over the phone  
• Setting up new clients and update client details in our databases and portals using Xplan
• Implementation of recommendations
• Liaising with external bodies e.g. ATO, ASIC and other relevant stakeholders
• Preparing general client correspondence
• Providing assistance with Teams and Zoom meetings
• General administration duties and office/team support to the SMSF team as required
• Assisting the Director with some workflow in all facets of the business
• Other duties as required

You will be a forward thinking, self motivated and committed to assisting clients and the team to reach their full potential.

In order for you to be considered for this position, you will require the following:

• Experience in an administration or Client Services role particularly within the SMSF area
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
• A high level of personal presentation and a professional approach
• Highly organised and a natural planner
• Client focused, with a willingness to help and positive attitude
• Confidential with sensitive information
