The Role
As a valued member of the team, your focus will be on high quality customer service and supporting the Lending Manager across a number of areas.
- Foster a warm and welcoming environment to ensure the clients’ experience is positive, comfortable and aligns with William Buck’s values
- Maintain constant communication with clients, Lending Manager and referrers throughout the lending process
- Maintaining and managing the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and processes
- Client research, proposals and follow through with application process
- Daily management of Lending diaries and team inbox and action communications from stakeholders
- Work with accountants, solicitors, and wealth team to obtain client documentation and information
- Completing regular compliance checking of all files
- Assisting the Practice Manager on adhoc tasks and projects
The Person
The successful candidate should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
- Previous experience working in lending roles required
- Ability to organise and multi-task client workflows and deadlines
- High attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Responsibility, integrity and a professional outlook
- A team focused attitude with a confident and friendly personality
- Knowledge of Broker Engine system an advantage
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office suite
