An opportunity has arisen for a Snr Recruitment Consultant in the Banking & Finance sector. Working in their Sydney or Melbourne office you will be focussing on providing permanent recruitment services to an array of the most prestigious organisations within the Banking sector.
Established in 2003, this company has from the very beginning operated with the aim of servicing their chosen market sectors in a way far superior to that of a traditional recruitment agency. They have now built a base of industry specialisation, giving them a leading edge which they believe is unique in the current marketplace. Operating in areas that are core functions within business practice, they aim to grow and develop further specialisations in line with market changes.
Their clients are Australia wide and range from some of the largest and best known organisations to smaller niche companies. Their spectacular growth in turnover since their inception is evidence of the inroads they have made into the marketplace.
To be successful in this role:

• Ideally you will have 3-5 years or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an Agency environment
• Full 360° recruitment experience with strong business development skills
• Solid sector experience in the Banking and Finance space
• A hunger and drive to succeed
• Have a track record of billings in excess of £200k per year
• To qualify for the visa you MUST have a degree with 2 years recruitment experience OR 5 years recruitment experience without a degree.
