About the role
We’re seeking a DCA Compliance and Change Lead is crucial in ensuring compliance with regulations and driving successful change among DCA panel members.
This role will collaborate with internal stakeholders and project teams to understand the impact of DCA changes, working closely with our DCA business partners to plan and manage change implementation.

Day-to-day, you will:
Analyse and define change requirements, present impact findings, and influence DCA adoption of change initiatives
Design, develop, and implement change plans, including communications and training
Conduct detailed change impact assessments, lead workshops, and support sequencing and scheduling
Ensure effective delivery of change solutions and conduct change readiness assessments
Lead change initiatives, monitor progress, and conduct post-implementation reviews
Ensure regulatory compliance and stay updated on external requirements
Collaborate internally to maintain compliance policies and identify improvement areas
Identify process improvement opportunities, implement best practices, and engage stakeholders for feedback
This role will suit someone with a curious mind and transferrable skills and experiences, including:
You'll be well-versed in compliance management, especially regarding debt collection
You’ll have a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks that govern debt collection
You’ll have experience in successfully leading and implementing change programs impact including assessments and planning
You’ll have the ability to extract and analyse data, assess risks and provide sound recommendations and advice
You’ll think bigger and always look for better solutions and ways of working
