Role Overview:
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in steering their business to success through effective e-commerce management and the execution of marketing strategies. Your primary focus will revolve around evolving their website, boosting online sales, enhancing social media engagement, and managing events to elevate their brand's visibility and drive increased sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- E-commerce Oversight: Devise and implement strategies to enhance the online store, encompassing website optimization, improving user experience, and catalog management.
- Social Media Marketing: Craft and execute a comprehensive social media marketing strategy to heighten brand awareness and connect with their target audience.
- Generate and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, encompassing images, videos, and written posts.
- Event Management: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both online and offline events to boost brand promotion, generate leads, and foster customer loyalty.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee seamless event logistics, covering venue selection, vendor coordination, and content creation.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and implement marketing campaigns across diverse channels, including email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising, with the aim of increasing traffic and conversions.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Harness analytics tools to track and report key performance indicators associated with e-commerce and marketing endeavors.
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience (2+ years) in e-commerce management and digital marketing.
- A grasp of e-commerce operations, user experience, and digital marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and social media management tools.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Great analytical skills with the capacity to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Cultivate a creative mindset and in-depth knowledge of major social platforms (Meta, Snap, Tiktok, etc.) with a passion for staying current in this ever-evolving landscape.
- Experience with Shopify and BigCommerce is advantageous. •
- An interest in health and fitness is a plus.
