• Develop and deliver best practice Social Impact Assessments and strategic plans to deliver for both client and community
• Ensure social sustainability approaches meet client and community expectations on large infrastructure projects
• Ensure social performance strategies align with ESG framework
• Support the sustainable development of communities

What would you bring to the team?

• Significant and demonstrated experience in managing the delivery and development of social performance plans
• Extensive experience in the delivery of Social Impact Assessments
• Ability to deliver and manage complex social performance plans
• Demonstrated experience liaising and communicating effectively with clients and community
• Ability to develop and maintain sustainable business development
• Previous experience with major infrastructure projects
• Ability to consult and negotiate with key stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in Social Sciences or equivalent
