About the role
We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media and Influencer Lead to join the team on the Gold Coast. This is a newly created role and we are after someone who is passionate about Social Media trends, possess strong creative skills, and have a deep understanding of how to leverage TikTok and Instagram to drive engagement and generate leads.
Your key responsibilities:
- Working with the Head of Marketing to develop and execute multichannel Social Media and Influencer strategies for Brow Code and Brow Code Professional.
- Oversee all content creation. Working with the inhouse team to generate engaging and original content aligned with brand identity, ensuring consistency in messaging and aesthetics.
- Lead and mentor a small team, fostering a collaborative and high performing culture.
- Identify, build relationships with, and manage a network of influencers aligned with the brand's values and target audience. Collaborate with influencers to create authentic and impactful content that resonates with our community.
- Conceptualise and execute influencer-led campaigns to promote products, services, and brand initiatives. Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and optimise strategies to achieve KPIs.
- Oversee community engagement. Ensuring meaningful interactions with followers, customers, and Influencers through proactive engagement.
- Utilise Social Media analytics tools to track performance metrics, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and generate insights to inform future decisions.
Your skills and experience:
- Minimum of five years’ experience in the Social Media landscape, preferably within the beauty industry.
- Strong understanding of Social Media platforms and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. A keen eye for detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
- Previous experience in effective management of a small team and/or mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in analytics tools to track and measure performance metrics.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple projects, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
