We have an exciting job opportunity for a passionate and creative Social Media Assistant (Campaigns) to join our Social Media team where you will make major contributions across our Social Media and marketing campaigns. It is a wonderful opportunity for someone who shares our brand values “where play and learning connect” to join a dynamic team in a rapidly growing business.
For the right person this role offers flexibility, being both part time and Work from Home giving you the opportunity to Work from any location in Australia.

- Part time employment (3 days per week - 22.6 hours)
Campaign Planning:
- Work with Social Media Manager and wider teams to align with company marketing strategy and develop Social Media marketing campaigns, identifying target audience and key performance indicators
Execution and Implementation:
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end campaign processes, including content creation, design, and deployment.
- Manage effective CRM communications that uphold our brand values and goals.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance using relevant metrics and analytics tools, including A/B testing across all channels.
- Testing and learning to continuously optimise campaigns to meet goals.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for improvement and future planning.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Proactively communicate and identify opportunities relating to Social Media trends, community initiatives, and influencers.

- Ability to analyse data, develop & implement actionable insights
- Use data to measure results and inform decision-making.
- Detail-oriented mindset, ability to meet deadlines
- Experience using campaign management and product analytics tools.
- Strong project management capabilities
- A creative and experimentation mindset to drive, test, learn, and optimize go to market activities.
- Ability to work both with initiative and accountability, as well as collaboratively part of a team.
