Job Summary:
An opportunity exists with this newly created role to become an integral part of the dynamic and growing marketing team. You advocate for Tutu du Monde’s distinct aesthetic, playing a pivotal role in applying it to multiple and diverse digital platforms across regions. The perfect candidate will possess a deep passion for creating and / or crafting content and fostering the growth of our dedicated community.
The brand operates from beautiful offices in the heart of Sydney, with an organised workflow and an upbeat environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualisation, execution, and optimisation of the Tutu du Monde Social Media and community engagement strategy.
- Generate content aligned with the brand's style, tone and strategy guidelines – draw from a comprehensive image and video library of each season.
- Produce content on iPhone as well as with in-house photographer and outsourced videographer.
- Together with marketing marketing, drive social calendar, content scheduling, copy writing and publication across key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Research current benchmark trends and audience preferences for informed decision-making.
- Foster collaboration with diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service) to maintain brand coherence.
- Provide customer service support through direct engagement across our social channels.
- Work closely with marketing manager on other digital and ecommerce initiatives and tasks, including but not limited to influencer and celebrity partnerships.
- Keep updated on emerging technologies, Social Media trends, design tools, industry news, and competitor landscape.
- Spearhead social campaign management from concept to execution for product launches including creative thinking around collaborations and promotions, give-aways etc.
- Perform detailed analysis and reporting of social and traffic KPIs weekly, with monthly reports on community growth and engagement, alongside recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with marketing manager making sure all digital assets are updated and consistent with current social and other promos
Key Skills:
- At least 2 years of experience in managing Social Media, Content Creation, and fostering communities.
- Mastery of graphic design/video editing skills, ideally in Photoshop or other comparable platforms.
- Proficient analytical skills allowing for data interpretation and comprehensive reporting on performance metrics and KPIs.
- A comprehensive understanding of all social platforms and a commitment to staying informed about platform changes.
- Demonstrated creative ability to conceive and deliver compelling content that resonates with our brand ethos.
- A strong interest in global brands, trends, and a solid knowledge of the aspirational social brand landscape.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
