Social Media Content Creator & Manager

This job is for 5 hours per week flexible with which day you come in, there is a possibility of an increase in hours. It is an in-person role at our office in Tullamarine.

Are you passionate and excited about Social Media? Do you enjoy being on camera and bringing a brand to life? We are a new Essential Oil brand and we are looking for a super confident content creating Social Media expert who is committed to helping us elevate our brand, take our social presence to the next level, and grow our market presence. As the Social Media Content Creator, you will play a key role in curating and executing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.

We would love for this new team member to live bring a fun, high-vibe energy to our office and Social Media platforms.

The successful candidate must have experience in creating and editing content, photography and video skills and be extremely creative, be on top of all new trends, and have a strategy in place to really succeed in this role and help us achieve our goals.

About The Role

This is a diverse role that will mainly consist of creating new, fresh, and exciting content for all social platforms and thinking of outside-the-box ways to engage with our followers/customers each day and grow our audience!

Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this role include (but are not limited to!):

- Creating and scheduling all social content for every day on all platforms.
- Having the ability to efficiently use multiple content creating apps, tools, and filters.
- Using your understanding of all social apps to create engaging content (IG stories, reels, TikToks).
- Living and breathing content and excited and confident to also be on camera.

- Maintain and update website content, ensuring accuracy and relevance.

- Drive growth in digital media, marketing, and online presence.

- Write and edit content for various digital platforms.

- Undertake website/graphic design tasks, including creating content for social platforms and websites.

- Develop multiMedia Content, including video capture, creation, and editing.

Your Experience

Experience in any form of content creation is a must. We are looking for someone extremely passionate and excited to really bring our brand to life through fun engaging content that knows what to do from the get-go! A great understanding of all social apps, including Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, is also required.  A great understanding of editing apps and tools for both photo and video is also necessary.
