Marketing Content Creator (Social Media)

Purity Dental is on the lookout for a Part-time Marketing Content Coordinator with a flair for creativity and a knack for sophistication.  You’re not just filling a role; you will bring our brand’s voice to life online ensuring our voice resonates across all digital platforms.  

As our Marketing Content Coordinator, you'll be the creative mastermind behind ideating and crafting captivating Social Media content across various platforms. Your data-driven approach will be put to work as you optimise e-newsletters, analyze marketing performance, and maintain an organised asset library. Be at the forefront of our digital presence and contribute to shaping the future of dental care as your interact with all our patients and team.

You will be working directly with the directors in executing the vision and play a pivotal role in transforming the dental industry.

• Ideating, capturing, creating and scheduling Social Media content for each Social Media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Youtube and Linkedin.
• Crafting monthly e-newsletters and improving on key metrics (open rate, click-through rate, subscribers etc)
• Maintaining an organised library, ensuring easy access and retrieval of assets, on Dropbox or Google Drive. 
• Oversee our website and assist with creating web pages and engaging web content, experience is Wordpress with Elementor theme is highly desirable. 
• Experience aligning with Brand guidelines to ensure continued uplift, best practice usage and consistency of language.
• Provide monthly analytics and reporting of marketing and communications activities, impact and conversions.
• Monitor and analyze website performance using tools like Google Analytics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate changes.
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries on digital platforms promptly and professionally.
• Update and write blog posts to our website

• Minimum of 3+ years Marketing or digital media, or in a similar role
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and performance reporting.
• Experience with website management Wordpress with Elementor theme.
• Familiarity with Zoho Campaigns or other email and CRM marketing platforms
• Confident and bubbly personality with the ability to interact with patients
• Proven expertise in crafting engaging Social Media content across various platforms. A portfolio showcasing a blend of creativity and strategic thinking.
• Savvy with design tools and digital platforms, ready to bring our brand’s voice to life online.
• Up to date with the latest Social Media trends, always on the lookout for fresh, innovative ideas that engages and inspires our audience
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing metrics and performance reporting.
• Experience with website management Wordpress with Elementor theme.
