Working closely with the Marketing Manager, the Social Media Coordinator is accountable for organising and executing Tough Dogs tactical marketing activities ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery that helps drive profitable sales growth.
The Social Media Coordinator is responsible for the creation, execution, and measurement of organic and paid Social Media activity. Community management and customer service will also be a focus of this role. You will have a broad knowledge of all Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube) with excellent skills and understanding of Facebook advertising.

Your key responsibilities will include:
- Build, execute, monitor, optimise and measure paid Social Media campaigns based on creative briefs from internal and external stakeholders
- Coordinate content calendar across channels, including prioritisation and negotiation with internal stakeholders
- Ability to develop creative assets from a brief as well as edit existing creative assets
- Develop and execute marketing strategies in collaboration with management.
- Manage Social Media accounts and engage with followers to increase brand awareness.
- Using your creative copywriting skills, write and publish regular communications; EDMs and Newsletters
- Planning, scheduling and maintaining the content calendar with announcements, events and ongoing content posts
- Assist the Marketing Manager with day-to-day implementation and planning
- Create monthly marketing reports analysing socials & retail campaign performance

- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing with min. 2 years of professional experience.
