Working closely with the Managing Director, Head of Network Growth and all other Richardson & Wrench staff, in addition to coordinating and facilitating the R&W Events Schedule, you will be tasked with providing consultative business support and training to all franchisees within the Richardson & Wrench group in the areas of:
· Social Media, PR and Market Communication
· Sales Effectiveness
· Training and development
The role will be primarily based in the R&W National Team office in Mosman (no hybrid working), however occasional scheduled travel may be required. Permanent work status is a must.
Responsibilities
1. Assist in providing franchise services, support and guidance to the Richardson & Wrench Network;
2. Maintain an effective communication stream with franchisees and assist in regional meetings, and local area marketing programs;
3. Assist with & encourage individual franchisees to participate in all group activities;
4. Working with the Head of Network Growth, facilitate all major R&W events including Regional meetings, socials, Awards nights, and other group events and managing team input and outcomes;
5. Assist with the development and execution of Principal, group, regional or individual training activity, either on an individual office basis or within the group environment;
6. Manage and nurture R&W Corporate Supplier, Sponsors and Business Partner relationships and maintain notes and records of all franchise office and supplier contact, meetings and visits;
7. Identify areas of improvement and work towards strengthening the relationship between franchisee and the National team;
8. Manage PR articles and liaise with contractors to keep up to date records of PR activity prepared for inclusion on the R&W Intranet and other communication channels;
9. Assist with the implementation of the business development plan to build, and improve the performance of selected offices and the overall Richardson & Wrench Network;
10. Lead facilitator of the corporate Canva team. Manage template creation, new member onboarding and training, real-time collaboration with offices, and promote use of platform across the company;
11. Undertake content creation across Social Media, corporate website, company intranet and ad hoc marketing requests ;
12. Contribute ideas, strategy and implementation of Social Media strategies and solutions for R&W Head Office offices
13. All others tasks as required by the Managing Director
Qualifications/Skillset
Skills – Social Media
· Understanding of key Social Media platforms and ability to perform admin functions for multiple company pages
· Ability to curate content from multiple sources (from traditional media, Pinterest etc)
· Knowledge of Google, Instagram and Facebook analytics and sponsored advertising
· Reporting on analytics from Social Media campaigns, including but not limited to ROI, reach, organic vs paid growth
Skills – Design / Creative
· Proficient using Adobe Creative Suite – including Canva, Photoshop and Indesign (Illustrator also advantageous)
· Ability to assess adherence to brand guidelines
Skills – Communication
· Highly effective written and verbal communication skills required
· Strong computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Highly organized with ability to work under instruction, as part of a team and independently
Skills – Events Coordinator
· Experience in coordinating small group events and large Awards events
· Skills in sourcing and coordinating training events including face to face group training as well as on-line training
· Has experience with recording, editing and distributing on-line training content
