Job Description
We seek a Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator who is highly organized, proactive, and enjoys collaborating within a small family-run team environment. The role, based remotely, requires versatility to adapt to daily challenges. Ideally, candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in marketing and digital roles within the fashion wholesale or retail sector. Working as the Marketing & E-Commerce Coordinator you will be responsible for establishing and managing all Social Media platforms as well as implementing various digital marketing campaigns.
The role is for a part-time/casual position working around 10-20 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing website content
- Creating engaging copy for EDMs and Social Media
- Growing and engaging our presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
- Designing and executing digital campaigns with a focus on creativity and analytics
- Optimizing digital marketing channels
- Crafting website content and designing page layouts
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with Lusana's business objectives
- Supporting website maintenance and content development
- Engaging with our community and fostering Social Media participation
Required Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop
- Familiarity with Later, Canva and Shopify
- Knowledge of Social Media platforms used in the fashion industry, locally and internationally
- Competency in content management on TikTok
- Strong copywriting skills
- Understanding of marketing fashion brands
- Positive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude
- Adaptability, attention to detail, and ownership mentality
- Ability to build relationships within a cross-functional team
- Strong planning, time management, and proactive approach to achieving marketing objectives
