About the Role
The role is a mix of managing the content and scheduling for Social Media accounts across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (formerly Twitter) and email marketing (eDMs), as well as copywriting for websites, design deliverables and other media streams.
About You
- 2 + years of experience in similar role with strong copywriting experience
- A proven track record of success in digital marketing and communications
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and Social Media platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, X and TikTok
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- Professional presentation and outstanding attention to detail
- Proven ability to write and edit a range of materials
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Ability to forward plan, schedule and manage priorities
- Exceptional project management and time management skills
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field – desired but not essential
- Create a positive impact to the culture of the business, by having a positive and ‘whatever it takes’ attitude
You must hold an Australian Permanent Residency or Australian Citizenship.
Responsibilities
- Create impactful copy for our clients on their socials, as well as managing posts, curating content for the social pages and collaborating on proposals to win more Social Media work
- Proof-reading and editing of marketing materials including brochures and digital content, internal documentation, proposals etc.
- Play a key role in developing and maintaining the tone of voice for a portfolio of brands
- Creatively generate campaign content and assets for use across all digital channels including online advertising, blog posts, websites, landing pages, Social Media and eDMs;
- Develop effective eDM campaign strategies, copywriting, curation and actions
- Collating and reporting on analytics across all digital channels
- Assisting in the development and implementation of our clients’ brand strategies that align with their goals
- Assist in the delivery and development of tenders to ensure key messages are conveyed
- Keeping a keen eye on industry trends and Social Media best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation within our clients’ campaigns
- Handling ad-hoc administration duties to support the team
