As a Social Media Coordinator at Neon Treehouse, you will play a pivotal role in working closely with our Social Media Manager, shaping our clients' digital success stories.

🌐 Responsibilities:

Craft compelling and persuasive copy that accompanies Social media posts and digital ad campaigns. 

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content that resonates with target audiences.

Monitor Social media trends and algorithm changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to align Social media efforts with overall marketing objectives.

Analyse and report on the performance of Social media campaigns using relevant analytics tools.

Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to keep our clients ahead of the curve.

👤 Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in managing Social media accounts for businesses.
• Strong understanding of Social media platforms, algorithms, and advertising options.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and content aesthetics.
• Proficiency with Social media management tools (e.g. Hubspot, Later, Meta business suite) 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
