Role Overview
You will be responsible for content creation, Social Media management and optimisation, and delivering Social Media campaigns. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing coordinator to implement brand marketing strategies and ensure consistency of the brand across all Social Media channels. As the Social Media Coordinator, you be pivotal in growing NeverEnding’s brand digital presence and identity.
This is a casual role -with the potential of becoming part-time in the future. , starting immediately, with the possibility of becoming a part-time role in the future as business needs evolve.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
Content Creating:
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging and visually stunning content including images, videos, graphics, etc. that showcase NeverEnding Experiences
- Schedule posts on Preview and assist in the implementation of the Social Media plan shared on ClickUp
- Craft content captions that are informative, educational, engaging, fun, impactful, and emotive
- Repurpose video content, journal posts, and other creative shared on the website for Social Media pages
- Together with the marketing coordinator, brainstorm concepts for each post that align with the overall Social Media marketing plan
Social Media Engagement:
- Regularly check and respond to direct messages on Facebook and Instagram
- Actively engage with NeverEnding’s audience and community by responding to comments and interacting with user-generated content
Campaign Coordination:
- Reach out to Social Media food, travel, and lifestyle influencers and creatives to plan for collaborations
- Collaborate with the team to maintain consistent visual brand aesthetics and standards
- Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across Social Media channels
- Ensure seamless and on-time delivery of marketing campaigns that relate to Social Media
About You
- You are passionate about creating content and have proven experience in Social Media management and content creation
- You are a creative and innovative person who is not afraid to share your ideas and bring different perspectives to the team
- You are organised and can juggle multiple responsibilities and tasks at the same time
- You work well independently and can also work collaboratively within a team
- You are personable and have great communication and customer service skills to engage with people who reach out to us through Social Media
- Can shoot content on iPhone (bonus points if you know your way around the camera)
- Proficient in video and photo editing skills
