ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and dedicated Social Media Coordinator to join the Just Jeans Marketing team! Reporting into the Marketing Manager and working alongside the Brand Manager and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to drive the Just JeansSocial Media strategy, delivering on brand and communication goals, increasing followers, reach, engagement and conversion. This role is full time based at our Support Office on St Kilda Rd.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Work with the Marketing Team to develop and evolve the Social Media content and strategy
Explore and implement new ways to leverage Social Media channels to increase the Just Jeans brand awareness, sales and drive traffic to the Just Jeans website and stores
Research, Plan and Produce creative for use on all Social Media channels
Create Social Media advertising campaigns that deliver on brand and tactical objectives
Coordinate and implement the content for our Social Media channels TikTok and Instagram
Provide weekly and monthly summary reporting and insights on the Just Jeans brand’s Social Media performance
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Proven ability to think creatively and generate unique and creative content
Familiarity with different Social Media channels including Instagram and TikTok
Tertiary education in a marketing-related field (preferred)
Experience using different features, tools, and editing capabilities.
Working knowledge of retail industry (preferred)
You’re passionate about the Just Jeans customers’ wants and needs, the Just Jeans brand and product range
Strong organisational, communication and time management skills
Quick adaptability to changes in trends and platform algorithms.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively solo and within a team
