We are on the hunt for a junior or graduate Content Producer who is keen to help launch a new content vertical targeting 20 – 30 year old Australians.
About the role
This is a content-producing role that offers you creative autonomy. A key part of this role is ideating and producing a wide range of on-brand original content – including news and in-depth features - as well as reworking existing content for an online audience. You will also manage the social assets and EDMs for the new vertical.
What will you be doing day-to-day?
- Content ideation, planning and execution:
- Creating clean, factually correct and highly engaging content.
- Optimising existing content for a digital audience.
- Social media and email execution;
- Instagram and Tiktok account management, with audience engagement and growth.
- Weekly EDM sends – ensuring content is optimised to drive traffic.
- Producing affiliate content;
- Generating ideas for new affiliate content based on current trends.
Skills and experience
- 1-2 years’ writing experience in digital media
- Experience with content management systems, photo editing and analytic tools
- Understanding and experience with different Social Media platforms
- Experience in content ideation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Knowledge and understanding of SEO
- Positive, can-do attitude
