WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?

You'll be the driving force behind the execution of our Social Media, Influencer and Partnerships strategy, leveraging your expertise in analysing trends within the fashion and luxury footwear sector to ensure alignment with market dynamics. Your role encompasses the development and implementation of comprehensive Influencer and partnership marketing strategies, fostering relationships within our influencers and community. With a strategic focus on our brand vision and objectives, you will craft and execute Social Media strategies that propel business growth, engagement, and brand consistency. From negotiating with top talent to overseeing contract execution and payments, collaborating on retail and online campaigns, and managing the creation of high-quality content across various social platforms, your influence will be pivotal. Effectively managing the social and influencer marketing budget, you'll optimise spending for maximum ROI, while continuous monitoring and analysis of key metrics will ensure actionable insights for strategy improvement.

YOU WILL NEED...

• 5+ years of experience in Influencer Marketing and/or Social Media leadership within a fashion or luxury footwear background
• Proven experience in planning and executing Social Media and influencer strategies
• Expertise in identifying and cultivating partnerships with influencers and brand collaborators
• Proficient in using Social Media management tools and analytics platforms to optimise performance
• Possess a strategic mindset with in-depth knowledge of the ever-evolving Social Media landscape
• Demonstrates creative thinking, capable of generating innovative content ideas and staying abreast of emerging trends.
• Ability to foster confidence, inspire, and motivate our Influencer and social community, building strong relationships.
• Results-oriented mindset, driven by a hunger for success and a commitment to personal accountability
• To be adept at negotiating and executing contracts with influencers and partners
• Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in Social Media, influencer marketing, and Partnerships
