Join Our Team as a Social Media & Influencer Marketing Manager
Develop and implement a cohesive Social Media and Influencer Marketing strategy that aligns with the overall marketing objectives and business goals
Oversee content production in collaboration with creative and production teams
Create engaging content briefs for various Social Media channels ensuring consistency with brand message and image
Collaborate with creative team to develop compelling visuals, videos and written content that resonates with our target audience
Understand the role of influencers and leverage them for business objectives
Collaborate with our agency to negotiate and manage influencer partnerships, ensuring the delivery of high-quality content that aligns with the brand
Foster and grow our online community through active engagement, responding to comments, messages, and facilitating discussions
Implement strategies to encourage user-generated content and brand advocacy
Troubleshoot and escalate where necessary to Customer Experience team
Monitor and analyse Social Media and Influencer Marketing performance, providing regular reports on key metrics
Use data insights to optimise strategies and tactics, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth
Skills and Experiences We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Proven experience (5 -7 years) in Social Media management and Influencer Marketing
Strong understanding of various Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Social Media analytics tools
Creative thinking and the ability to bring fresh ideas to the table
