As a Social Media Manager at Fōcl, you will be at the forefront of our digital marketing efforts, working with a dynamic team that shares your passion. Our mission is to create compelling and high-impact visual narratives that breathe life into real estate and lifestyle brands.
This is a full-time role and you will be working out of our Burleigh Heads office.

Responsibilities:
You will blend your creative prowess with data-driven strategies to craft captivating campaigns, videos and content that not only resonate with audiences, but drive unparalleled returns on investment.
Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute innovative Social Media strategies that reflect the heart of Fōcl and resonate with our unique community.
Content Creation: Create and curate inspiring content for various Social Media platforms while maintaining our brand's distinct identity.
Community Engagement: Be the voice of Fōcl online, interacting with our community, and offering timely and friendly responses to comments and messages.
Analytics and Reporting: Utilise data analytics to monitor performance, analyse results, and adapt strategies to ensure that every action is in harmony with our mission.
Email Marketing: Lead the design and execution of effective EDM campaigns, nurturing leads, driving conversions, and strengthening customer relationships with our distinct touch.
Stay Ahead: Continually stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure Fōcl remains a trendsetter in the digital marketing landscape.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Social Media management and marketing.
- A deep understanding of Social Media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Proficiency in email marketing, including crafting emotionally engaging EDMs.
- Ideally, you will have a working knowledge of Adobe tools and graphic design
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and utilise Social Media metrics effectively.
- A creative spirit with a knack for creating content that tells our unique Fōcl story.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivation and the ability to thrive both independently and within a team.
- Maintain awareness of current industry and technology standards, Social Media, competitive landscape, and market trends.
- Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment
- Ability to effectively contribute to brainstorming and other idea generation activities
