Social Media Marketing Assistant

I’m in the Right is an Australian owned accident management company. 

Our mission is to assist not-at-fault drivers after an accident and get them back on the road as quickly as possible.

We are currently seeking a Part-time Social Media Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and contribute to evaluating our marketing efforts.

About the role

As our Part-time Social Media Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with our dynamic marketing team to develop and execute innovative Social Media strategies. 

Your primary location will be based out of Macquarie Park, where you'll have the opportunity to work alongside our dedicated team in a vibrant and innovative environment with flexible working hours.

Committed to developing compelling content that drives audience interaction across various Social Media platforms, we are looking for a skilled Social Media individual to produce engaging videos to driving new forms of content creation.

Roles and responsibilities

As a Social Media and Marketing Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in executing our new Social Media plan, which involves developing fresh, engaging, and relevant content to enhance audience engagement across various platforms. This includes crafting captivating posts, immersive stories, compelling videos, and visually appealing graphics that resonate with our audience.

• Create fresh and captivating content, including posts, stories, videos, and graphics, to enhance audience engagement on Social Media platforms.
• Develop content on diverse topics such as Infographics, Educational Content, Quizzes, Fleet highlights, and customer reviews, ensuring a modern and appealing presentation.
• Plan and organise posting schedules across various Social Media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and Tik Tok.
• Innovate new content formats to encourage audience interaction and participation including the launch of a Tik Tok page.
• Utilise Canva to produce compelling content, captions, images, and infographics for Social Media platforms.
• Write, edit, and proofread content across Social Media platforms and our website for consistency and quality.
• Analyse user analytics and provide feedback to optimise platform performance.
• Anticipate trends, behaviours, and reactions to posts to shape future digital platform activities.
• Create and be apart of curating TikTok  videos to promote IITR’s services and company culture
• Stay informed about Social Media trends and innovations, ensuring our online presence remains current and relevant.
• Engage with customers by responding promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across digital channels to foster stronger connections.

You will need:

• Confidence in Front of the Camera: Being comfortable in front of the camera and proficient in producing video content. 
• Educational experience or work experience in related marketing or media fields. (undergraduate university students or graduate applications recommended)
