AddressZIMMERMANN has a newly created opportunity for a Social Media Assistant to join our Digital Marketing team during an exciting period of growth. This position will report directly to the Digital Marketing Senior Manager and will play a supporting role in the creation of our Social Media content.
About the role:
The Social Media Assistant will collaborate with key stakeholders and departments on developing effective Social Media content and localized campaigns for the Zimmermann brand. You will play an important role in Zimmermann's digital brand expansion by defining the brand's Social Media voice and driving growth initiatives across existing and emerging markets.
Please note that this is a full-time position supporting our global team headquartered in Rosebery, NSW, Australia.
Key areas of responsibility will include:
- Conduct ongoing Social Media landscape analysis and present innovative marketing proposals to the team, ensuring Zimmermann remains at the forefront of technological advancements.
- Develop the social content calendar, leveraging existing brand assets and crafting engaging copy. Align content with key business dates and incorporate global cultural celebrations.
- Cultivate a strong Social Media presence by implementing a consistent brand voice, actively monitoring user-generated content, and leveraging earned media opportunities.
- Support our Digital Marketing team with the execution of Social Media initiatives and strategies, including monitoring and reporting on our Social Media activities, organic social storytelling, and paid Social Media campaigns.
- Collaborate on the development and execution of paid social campaigns, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon structures, budgets, and approaches, alongside the Digital Marketing & Social Specialist and Data Analyst. Additionally, you will support localization initiatives by implementing weekly localized social content and campaigns according to the brand calendar, while tracking performance and optimizing as required.
- Assist in delivering weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports of Social Media results, covering organic and paid marketing campaigns, and suggest ways to improve going forward.
- Support with RTW Shows and Presentations content and social marketing campaign management.
- Manage social channels and keep an eye on new features that could improve our client experience. Track press mentions and tagged posts to find content for future Social Media use.
What you will bring to the role:
- At least one year of experience in Social Media marketing, preferably within the Retail Industry.
- Enthusiastic about the intersection of luxury and digital innovation
- Tertiary qualifications in communications and or marketing, or equivalent
- Highly organised and detail-oriented self-starter with exceptional communication and copywriting skills.
- Experience in Adobe Photoshop, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, Google Analytics is preferred
- Exposure to Social Media management tools is a advantageous
