Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and grow new and existing social networks. 
• Create and implement advertising content for all Social Media platforms. 
• Create and manage content for Google Adwords.
• Develop strategic communications planning across all media platforms to drive exposure of the brand. 
• Create engaging photo and video content for new and existing products. 
• Attend photo shoots as required to create content for all marketing channels. 
• Drive the product display order on website. 
• Develop and implement Social Media brand strategies, campaigns, and plans to build brand awareness and maximise sales. 
• Oversee day-to-day management of copyrighting, web descriptions, blogs, and Social Media channels.
• Track media success and develop a reporting schedule to all stakeholders with weekly and monthly Digital Marketing reports. 
• Oversee delivery and scheduling of e-DMs and assist Graphic Designer with campaign creative. 
• Maintain e-DM data base.
• Assist Graphic Designer in developing content for eCommerce site. 
• Review success of campaigns and develop ways to improve.
• Drive engagement with Social Media collaborations.

Qualifications & Experience

• At least 3 years working in a similar role.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro and InDesign.
• Experience with Google Merchant Centre, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Ads & Commerce Manager.
• Experience with Hootsuite & Campaign Monitor.
