A full time position has become available in AM Eyewear’s Darlinghurst Showroom and Office. This position comes with great opportunities for development and growth within the company. We are looking for an Office All-rounder who will be responsible for general office duties and showroom day-to-day activities; and who will also manage our social media channels (Meta and TikTok) and liaise with content creators. An interest in fashion or design is considered a bonus but not necessary!
Working closely with our sales, logistics & marketing teams, this role offers a broad range of experience to put under your belt!
Your responsibilities will be:
- General office duties
- Social Media Management
- Raising sales invoices on Reckon Accounts Hosted (we’ll train you)
- Picking and packing orders
- Ecommerce support
- Wholesale support
- Answering customer service enquiries (email and phone)
- Customer service in showroom
- Liaising with other departments in our Australia and European offices – Sales & Marketing
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A strong attention to detail
- Social Media savviness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate – confident using Microsoft Office/ Google Docs
- Be able to work independently and a good team player
- Great time management & organisational skills
