The Opportunity

We are seeking a Social Media and Community Engagement Coordinator to join our digital team. Within this exciting opportunity you will work towards enhancing our company’s presence on various Social Media platforms, focusing on generating engaging content, expanding audience size across all platforms and managing community engagement.

Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for monitoring Social Media trends, analysing engagement data, and responding to feedback and reviews on digital review platforms. You will enjoy a fast passed and diverse roll with the ability to showcase your creativity, responsiveness and sound knowledge of digital marketing trends.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Social Media activities that support the digital & content marketing strategies and calendar.
• Create and manage engaging content across Social Media platforms, instore screens and email marketing.
• Collaborate with User Generated Content (UGC) creators to develop authentic and engaging content that resonates with the audience.
• Monitor and analyse key Social Media metrics to understand audience behaviour and preferences, adjusting strategies for optimal engagement.
• Stay abreast of trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design, and strategy to enhance the company’s Social Media efforts

The Successful Candidate Will Possess:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Social Media and digital marketing.
• Proficiency in Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Experience with Social Media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Klaviyo preferred
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
• Solid retail experience in a similar role preferred
• Disciplined, passionate & organised
• Strong attention to detail & accuracy
