Business Development Manager (Domestic) based in Melbourne
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented individual to fill the role of Business Development Manager (Domestic) at the Victorian Institute of Technology.

Position Overview: In the role of Business Development Manager (Domestic), you will be instrumental in converting student leads for our Higher Education courses (Bachelor and Masters level).
Your contributions will be crucial in broadening our reach, nurturing relationships, and establishing VIT as a frontrunner in higher and vocational education. Your duties will also encompass providing career advice and ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service to guarantee a 5-star student experience.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Providing course and career advice to prospective students
- Maintaining clear communication both internally and externally
- Converting leads
- Upholding Customer Service Excellence
Preferred Qualifications / Experience:
- A vocational qualification in Business or a Degree in Business Management
- Proven experience in B2C within the Higher education sector
- Knowledge of the Australian educational framework, industry trends, and community needs
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
