Due to organisational growth, we are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join the Micheli family. Initially on a fixed-term contract, there is opportunity for the successful candidate to progress into a permanent position as the Marketing Manager. The role will be most suitable for applicants currently studying or have recently completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Marketing.
About the role
The Marketing Coordinator plays an integral role in maintaining and growing the Micheli Jewellery digital presence. The Marketing Coordinator will have full autonomy in designing and executing the Micheli Jewellery marketing strategy and directly managing the eCommerce and social media platforms. Based in our Malvern Central location, the Marketing Coordinator reports to the Director on all digital and traditional marketing functions. Some of the duties of the role include:
- Designing and executing short-term and long-term marketing plans aligned with organisational objectives
- Producing creative and high-value digital marketing content on social media platforms
- Coordinating promotions, events, programs, and material to generate quality leads
- Supporting the creation and maintenance of company websites and customer portals.
- Performing market research, special project, and administrative tasks to support the sales team
About you
The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for marketing and demonstrate and ability to produce creative marketing material, plans and lead generation campaigns. Experience using photo and video editing software such as Capcut, Photoshop and Canva suite of products will be highly advantageous. The most desirable skill will be your strong time management, ability to meet deadlines and demonstration of enthusiasm to learn and work collaboratively with all Micheli team members.
