About the role
Reporting to the Director Corporate Affairs, the Social Responsibility and Impact Manager will support the Qube Group in the development and delivery of a social impact and sustainability strategy, reporting and program implementation.
Location: Sydney CBD, NSW
Status: Full Time
Salary: ~$200k
General Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver a social impact and sustainability strategy for the Group, with clear goals and metrics
- Support the business in meeting changing Social Responsibility expectations among Qube’s customers and in tender and procurement requirements
- Lead the continued evolution of Qube’s approach to modern slavery risk and reporting
- Lead the delivery of Qube’s social investment and partnerships program
- Coordinate the delivery of Qube’s Reconciliation Action Plan commitments and the development of Qube’s next ‘Innovate’ RAP
- Support the delivery of Qube’s Sustainability Report, NGERS report and other climate related disclosures
Social impact and sustainability
- Work with the key internal stakeholders to understand, map and report on the scale and scope of Qube’s operations, existing social impact and sustainability commitments
- Develop an overarching strategy for the Group, working with key internal stakeholders and taking into account customer expectations, industry trends and emerging mandatory requirements
- Support the development and delivery of Qube’s Sustainability Report
About You
- Demonstrated experience managing statistics, data or evaluation focused projects.
- Project management qualifications are desirable with an understanding of project design, monitoring and evaluation, and budgeting and forecasting.
- Sound knowledge and experience designing and developing programme results frameworks.
- Experience in working with multiple partners both internally and externally.
- A professional, positive, flexible, and diplomatic response to problem solving.
