Our Brisbane Environment, Engagement, Planning and Sustainability Business Group have an exciting opportunity for a Social Sustainability Consultant to join and deliver on a variety of projects for GHD's key clients.
Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Develop and deliver best practice social impact assessments and strategic plans to deliver for both client and community
• Ensure Social Sustainability approaches meet client and community expectations on large infrastructure projects
• Ensure social performance strategies align with ESG framework
• Support the sustainable development of communities

What would you bring to the team?

• Significant and demonstrated experience in managing the delivery and development of social performance plans
• Extensive experience in the delivery of social impact assessments
• Ability to deliver and manage complex social performance plans
• Demonstrated experience liaising and communicating effectively with clients and community
• Ability to develop and maintain sustainable business development
• Previous experience with major infrastructure projects
• Ability to consult and negotiate with key stakeholders
• Relevant qualifications in Social Sciences or equivalent
