About the Role
- Work with the Program Manager to develop the Clinical Educators' capability in capacity and innovation in placement quality and provide educational supervision monthly if required.
- Understanding of andragogy and work-integrated learning and how to adapt and apply for successful development of Social Work workforce, student and new graduate education.
- Mentor the Clinical Educators and work with the Program Manager to provide a culture of using best evidence, high quality and consistent education to students, field educators, workforce and new graduates and drive pre-entry student placement capacity or innovation.
- Familiarity with literature searching and writing to expected academic level is highly sought.
