This opportunity is Part Time Permanent and will be based across our Residential and Community Services. 4x days a fortnight in Murray Bridge and 1x day a fortnight in Port Elliot.

Essential Criteria:
- Tertiary qualification in Social Work
- Ability to review procedure and implement new models of service delivery to satisfy client and organisational requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- You have an empathetic nature and are committed to supporting the needs of older people
- Ability to prioritise workloads, demonstrate flexibility and achieve outcomes within specified timeframes
