About the roleThe position is perfect for an experienced Social Worker/Behaviour Support Therapist who has demonstrated experience supporting children and young people and their caregivers.
You will work alongside our allied health team to provide individual and joint assessment and therapy interventions. The role will involve working as an intervention-based therapist rather than creating PBS plans.
You would be responsible for a mixed case load ranging from infants to teens.
The role involves delivering services both in clinic and the community.
Ongoing support is offered through clinical mentoring and professional development.

- Experience working with children and their caregivers
- Able to work independently with minmial supervision/mentoring
- Willing to have a mixed caseload of clinic and community sessions
- Valid driver's license and access to reliable transport
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to multi-task
- Hold current discipline registrations
- Must be friendly, great with children, a people's person and most importantly FUN!
