The successful applicant will provide psychosocial assessments and interventions across both the acute care environment and the wider community, delivering generalist counselling and support.This dual role involves close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team as well as external agencies and services dedicated to supporting this small, tight-knit community. They will have access to a dynamic multidisciplinary team, including doctors, nurses, allied health professionals, and specialist clinicians. Additionally, they will collaborate with a network of wider agencies, staff, and services within the Scone community and those providing outreach to the area. Requirements:

• Bachelor in Social Work or equivalent with eligibility for membership with the Australian Association of Social Work (AASW)
