We are seeking a Social Worker to join our team in Launceston, who is passionate, motivated and eager to start or continue a successful career with a leading rehabilitation provider!   
 
The role is incredibly collaborative and rewarding and requires you to: 

• Conduct assessments and a range of case management services across various customer portfolios; 
• Develop and implement vocational rehabilitation strategies to support injured workers with their recovery and return to work and life; 
• Assist injured workers with training and developing of job seeking skills and to find new employment independently;   
• Interact and build relationships with employers, insurers and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for your clients; 
• Work with our multidisciplinary team in delivering specialised services. 

About You: 

• Social Worker with full AASW membership;  
• Desire to work in Occupational Rehabilitation; 
• Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check; 
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; 
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem solving abilities; 
• Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and 
• Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
