The BB Analytics, Data and Decision Science (BB ADDS) team uses data and analytics to identify our customers' needs and safely deliver insights, contact journeys and innovative solutions to improve their financial wellbeing. We leverage data and innovative technology to deeply understand our customers and derive world-class insights to support commercial strategy and decision-making. We proactively uncover stakeholder needs and partner with product, data and support teams to provide innovative, accurate and timely solutions to complex opportunities.

Do work that matters:
You work with business, technology and product stakeholders to deliver analytics, commercial insights, customer journeys and customer contact decisioning that will transform how the Business Bank engages with customers.

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

• Work collaboratively with product stakeholders, advanced analytical solution and data teams
• Support the creation of applications and tools that help drive decision making.
• Embrace a continuous improvement mindset, and seek to find ways to standardise, simplify and automate business processes
• Using advanced business acumen, translate complex business requirements and objectives into technical solutions that help drive and support strategic commercial objectives
• Develop a deep understanding of the customer experience, and help to optimise this experience wherever possible.

• Commercial experience with front-end development technologies e.g. Angular, NodeJs, TypeScript, CSS etc.
• Commercial experience with back-end development technologies e.g. C#, .NET Core, SQL etc.
• Some exposure to Cloud Services and CI/CD pipeline
• Sound relevant experience in using data and analytics to drive business results, preferably in the Financial Services sector.
• Advanced analytical, numerate and logical reasoning skills.
• Degree-level qualification in numeric or business discipline.
