The Role
Vantari is looking for experienced and talented mid-level to senior Software Engineers with strong technical proficiency and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will play a key role in developing innovative software solutions that drive our mission forward. You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain cutting edge solutions that meet our clients needs and exceed their expectations.

Key Requirements and Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Vantari, you'll collaborate closely within a cross-functional team of Software Engineers/Developers, Medical Practitioners and 3D Artists. Your responsibilities will include:
Designing software at the component level.
Implementing designs within the simulation engine, visual engine, or both, while considering customer requirements and product roadmap.
Applying best practices in coding standards to develop high-quality software solutions.
Taking ownership of testing, including unit testing, for your own code and others'.
Balancing formal processes with agile approaches to ensure high-quality software development in a dynamic environment.
Demonstrating autonomy while also fostering collaboration as needed.
Tackling technical challenges and solving unprecedented problems, offering multiple solutions and recommendations based on your evaluation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Extensive programming experience, with a strong proficiency in modern C++.
Experience with a modern graphics engine or API is highly advantageous.
Previous exposure to real-time simulation (training) environments is beneficial.
Thorough understanding of software design and data modelling, particularly with respect to the application of recognised design principles.
A strong emphasis on software quality, reliability, and performance.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
