This is an opportunity for a talented Mechatronic or Software Engineer to step up into a Project Engineering role and literally see the world. The position will suit someone who enjoys overseas travel and has expertise in technology Product Development environments, to step up and help deliver in a complex environment.
You're probably at the stage of your career where you'd enjoy more responsibility. Maybe you'd enjoy more on-site work, customer interaction and perhaps you derive a bigger sense of satisfaction from troubleshooting complex issues and resolving gnarly technical issues.
More importantly, there's an actual addressable market for these robotic solutions (not some fancy vaporware). These paying customers come from various domains (e.g. online e-commerce, pharmaceutical, food processing etc).
You'll likely enjoy this role if you have some background in mechatronics and robotics (not a hard must) as you'll be dealing with grippers, motion controllers, actuator controls and sensors etc. Ideally you've worked in a Linux or Unix environment and competent in C++ or C.
This ready-made team is looking for you to help evaluate and improve their processes. You'll be a role model that can show them how you work at a great pace. How you are efficient. And how you solve problems. Don't worry it's still a hands-on role and you'll lead by example.
