TREU Solar PTY LTD in Cairns, is currently on the lookout for an exceptional Sales Consultant who is approachable, success driven and willing to work their own hours with possible Work From Home opportunity ( including a handful of weekly site visits).

JOB ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
- Initiate and maintain customer relationships. Both before and after installation.
- Handle and manage internet and phone enquiries
- Understand and identify customer interests, needs, goals and buying criteria
- Maintain up to date knowledge of our available products, services and project standards.
- Negotiate and close deals (KPI's set)
- Undertake site visits and inspections (training provided if necessary).
- Regular and daily use of our CRM Software
- Undertake regular performance meetings with our team.
MUST HAVE:
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Friendly, bubbly and approachable personality
- Current Drivers Licence
- Excellent time management skills
- Previous Sales experience (highly encouraged)
- Knowledge of the Solar / Electrical industry (highly encouraged but willing to train if necessary)
- Good computer literacy
- Strong work ethic and drive to exceed set KPI's
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn
